Spik‘N'Span Toilets is an idea that originated in 2000. While working on a film site Gary Tudor owner, saw a row of plastic portable toilets and thought - there has to be something better than this!
This is when Spik‘N'Span's first mobile toilets in a semi trailer were designed and built. Since then Gary has continued to come up with new ideas and ways to improve the trailers and expand his business.
Gary comes from a mechanical and engineering background. He completed his engineering apprenticeship as a fitter welder in 1993. He has since worked as an engineer, a mechanic/driver of specialised forestry trucks and machinery and tractors both here and in the UK and as combine harvester and long haul driver in America.
Gary is the mechanic, plumber and driver for Spik'N'Span trailers as well as the engineer for new developments and builds. He has a friendly and helpful team that keeps track of bookings, organising events and marketing along with a team of great attendants/drivers to assist when he's busy on site at the other end of the country or designing a new trailer here in Upper Hutt.
